Information about participating in “Discover your Enotype”. Version: 28 September 2026.
Data controller and contact
The data controller is EnoMatch. You can contact us at info@enomatch.com.
Data and purposes
We collect your full name, email address, consumer or wine professional status and, where applicable, professional category and company name. We store your questionnaire answers, including the biological sex question, the points assigned to each answer, your calibration preference and your result. We also record the date, a submission ID, the questionnaire language and version, and the version of the information you accept.
We use these data to calculate and show your Enotype, analyse relationships between preferences in the study, and email you the study results. Your name and email address are used for that communication. Participation does not authorise marketing communications.
Participation and calculation
Participation is voluntary. By clicking “Accept and start”, you consent to the processing of your data for the purposes described in these privacy terms. Merely visiting the form does not constitute acceptance. The fields and all thirteen questions are required to complete this form; the biological sex question includes the option “I prefer not to say”.
The calculation adds the points from your thirteen answers on a scale from 0 to 100 and assigns a category: Smooth, Light, Balanced or Bold. The calibration question is stored separately and does not change the score. This preference profile is for information and research purposes and does not result in decisions with legal effects on you.
Retention and access
The data will be retained for one year from your participation. Access is restricted to the data controller, the two authorised collaborators on the study team, and the technical providers needed to deliver the service. The collaborators can view and manage answers and contact details.
The form uses Webempresa hosting and restricted storage in Google Sheets. The response spreadsheet is not public. Google operates international infrastructure and may process information outside your country; its policy describes the safeguards it applies to international transfers. See Google's privacy information.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction or objection to processing where applicable, and withdraw your consent by writing to info@enomatch.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
We also collect your country and year of birth for the study, under the same privacy conditions.
We use your email address to send you a copy of this test result. This does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
